In a bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, soursop pulp, salt, and black pepper
Mix well with an electric mixer until smooth

Place the sweet potatoes in a serving dish, spoon the dressing over the top and let it sit for one hour

Add the chopped onion, mayonnaise, and mustard
Mix well

Add two sliced hard-boiled eggs to the salad and mix gently
