1 kg of sweet potatoes

Boil the sweet potatoes until they're tender
Peel and cut them
Once they've cooled a bit, drizzle with lard and vinegar
Add the beef broth, onion, and season to taste with salt and pepper
Mix carefully and let it sit at room temperature for several hours
This salad doesn't need refrigeration
