In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the onion, butter, and potato
Cover and cook on high for 2 minutes or until the onion is soft
Add the parsley, snap peas, chicken broth, and salt
Mix well, cover, and cook on high for 5 minutes or until the snap peas are tender
Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth
Return the mixture to the bowl, add the milk, and mix well
Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute or until warmed through
Serve immediately
