1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of cooked and peeled beetroot
1/2 cup of chopped pickles
1/4 cup of pickle pieces

Soak the gelatin in cold water
Dissolve it in boiling water
Combine lemon juice, salt, and let it set in the refrigerator until slightly thickened
Add the beetroot, pickles, and pickle pieces
Pour into 4 to 6 individual molds and chill until firm
Serve with your preferred salad seasoning.
