Cook the broccoli florets for 5 minutes in boiling water until tender but still crisp, then drain and let cool
Place the sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat and stir with a wooden spoon until golden brown
Let it cool down
While that's happening, prepare the dressing by mixing all ingredients well
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli with half of the sesame seeds and drizzle the dressing on top
Let it marinate at room temperature for 2 hours or at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
Transfer the broccoli to a serving plate and sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on top
Serve immediately
