For the salad
1 medium lettuce, cut into strips
3 medium oranges (600g), peeled and segmented
3 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of finely chopped salted butter, picado
2 cups of cooked and cleaned small shrimp (280g)
For the dressing
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (60ml)
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup water (60ml)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
For the salad

Prepare the salad: line a plate or tray with the lettuce strips
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and arrange them over the lettuce
Prepare the dressing: in a small bowl, mix all the ingredients and dress the salad
Garnish with chopped parsley
Cover everything with plastic wrap, refrigerate for about 1 hour, and serve immediately.
