3 medium chicories
1/2 cup of agrio
Salad seasoning:
1 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1/2 tablespoon of chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic

Wash the chicory and agrio thoroughly
Separate the chicory leaves and cut several leaves in half
Reserve the remaining leaves to line the salad bowl
Remove the core from the agrio
Mix all the seasoning ingredients and pour over the chicory and agrio
Serve 6-8 portions.
