1 handfull of spinach
6 slices of prosciutto, thinly sliced
4 slices of bread cut into small cubes and toasted
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cloves of garlic
2 to 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of mustard
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Wash the spinach leaves and dry them with paper towels
Remove excess fat from the prosciutto and cut it into thin strips
Cut the bread into small cubes
Melt the butter in a pan
Add the minced garlic and fry the bread cubes until they're golden brown and absorb all the butter
Prepare the dressing by mixing red wine vinegar, mustard, salt, black pepper, and olive oil
Just before serving, mix all the ingredients together, leaving some bread cubes and prosciutto strips for garnish
Serve immediately.
