250 g of spinach
125 g of mushrooms
125 g of cooked ham
2 bunches of radishes
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 onion
1 tablespoon of mustard
salt and pepper to taste
acidity regulator (optional)
4 tablespoons of oil
250 g of spinach

Wash the spinach, trim off any tough stems
Soak well and drain
Clean the mushrooms, slice into rounds (you can also use canned or jarred)
Cut the ham into strips
Clean the radishes, wash and slice into quarters
Mince the garlic and rub it on the inside of a bowl
Combine lemon juice, vinegar, chopped onion, mustard, salt, pepper, and acidity regulator to taste
Put everything in the bowl, stirring well
Add the spinach, mushrooms, ham, and radishes
Stir carefully.
