1 large can or 2 small cans of white beans
1 can of tuna in chunks or flakes
1 red bell pepper diced
For seasoning:
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons (heaping) of mustard
2 tablespoons (heaping) of lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon (heaping) of salt
2 medium-sized onions finely chopped
1 1/2 cups of natural yogurt

Drain the white beans and place them in a bowl
Add the tuna chunks or flakes and red bell pepper
For seasoning, mix well together the egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice, and salt
Add the onion and stir well
Add the yogurt and mix
Serve over the salad.
