4 cans of white beans

salt to taste

2 medium tomatoes, cut into fine slices

Combine the white beans, parsley, green bell pepper, onion, and garlic in a bowl
Mix in salt, oil, and lemon juice
Fold over the bean mixture
Mix lightly
Let it rest for 1 hour
When serving, place inside a hollowed-out cabbage head to resemble a salad bowl
