1 head of iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup curly endive leaves
1/2 cup red leaf lettuce leaves
1/2 cup radicchio leaves
Dressing
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup half-and-half
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
