2 green coconuts

3/4 cup of shredded fresh coconut

Trim 5 cm from each end of the coconuts
Cut in half
Drain and reserve the liquid
Place the coconuts and coconut water in the refrigerator
Mix the remaining ingredients with coconut water
Fill the coconut halves with fruit salad and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
