Cook the fusilli until al dente
Douse with enough extra virgin olive oil so it doesn't stick, and reserve
Season the shrimp with salt and white pepper and cook them in steam
In a large pot with abundant boiling water, add salt and cook the fava beans for 1 minute
Remove and immediately submerge in ice-cold water to keep them firm
Allow to cool and cut each one into approximately 3 cm pieces
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and season with salt, fresh dill, white pepper, and extra virgin olive oil
Serve chilled in individual bowls.
