3/4 cup of wheat germ (chopped)
3 cups of water
Salt to taste
1 medium-sized green apple, cut into small cubes (add a squeeze of lemon juice to prevent browning)
1 1/2 pints of plain, non-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh herbs

Combine the wheat germ, water, and salt in a pressure cooker and bring to a boil
Once the pressure cooker starts whistling, let it cook for 20 minutes
Drain the wheat germ and place it in a serving bowl
Mix in the apple and drizzle with yogurt mixed with olive oil and season with salt to taste
Finally, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
