1 Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion until golden brown
Remove the onion and set aside
2 In the same skillet, without cleaning it, cook the cherry tomatoes and combine with the onion
Finally, add the radicchio and let it wilt slightly
Mix all the ingredients together, season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar
Sprinkle toasted hazelnuts on top and serve immediately.
