Cook the broccoli and potatoes in water and salt
Chop the broccoli into florets and the potatoes into wedges
Add the petit pois and season with vinaigrette dressing
Arrange on a platter a nest of lettuce leaves
In the center, place the potatoes mixed with petit pois
Surround with chopped lettuce
Arrange the broccoli florets around the plate
Finish with a crown of sliced hard-boiled eggs and palm hearts
Place the sardine fillets, rolled up, over the potatoes and petit pois, in the center of the plate.
