2 cups cooked macaroni (conchinha, gravatinha, etc.)
1 can of drained peas
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/4 cup diced pickles
1 cup cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
lettuce leaves

Combine all ingredients, except lettuce leaves
Serve the salad over reserved lettuce leaves
Refrigerate for 6 hours.
