500 g of jerky

1 large onion, cut into rings

Chopped scallion to taste

Cook the jerky in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes or until it's tender
Let it cool and shred
Cook and cut the manioc into four pieces, lengthwise
Combine the cooked manioc, shredded jerky, tomatoes, and onions in a bowl
Mix the vinegar, oil, salt, oregano, and drizzle over the salad
Sprinkle with chopped scallion.
