In a blender, combine the milk, flour, butter or margarine, salt, and pepper
Add the spinach, cover the blender, and blend for 3 minutes or until everything is well mixed and creamy
Pour the soup into a saucepan
Let it simmer over a small flame, stirring constantly
Cook for about 3 minutes
Serve warm
