4 cups of mixed greens (160g)
1/4 cup of grated cheese (50g)
1 baguette cut into 4 slices for serving (50g)

In a medium bowl, mix the strawberries, parsley, vinegar, and sugar
Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, reserve the strawberries and save the juice in an open-mouthed bottle with a lid
Combine the olive oil, water, and sugar; shake well to make a dressing
Divide the mixed greens among four plates, placing 1 cup of greens on each plate
Place the reserved strawberries on top and drizzle with the dressing
Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve each portion with a slice of baguette
Serve at room temperature.
