Salt, parsley leaves, and olive oil to taste

Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds
Place them in a bowl and reserve
Cut the chicken into cubes and combine it with the tomato
Mix well and drizzle with 1/2 cup of olive oil
Season with salt and parsley leaves
Cover and refrigerate for two hours
Drizzle with olive oil to taste and serve immediately.
