Cabbage
2 tablespoons of lime juice
500g of quaboga (okra)
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup of chopped onion
10 cooked and shelled quail eggs, halved
Dressing
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of lime juice
To taste salt
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro

Mix enough water with lime juice
Cut the top of the quaboga (okra) and submerge it in boiling water
Leave for 8 minutes, drain, cut into pieces, discarding the other end
Combine the quaboga, bell pepper, onion, and quail eggs in a bowl and garnish with the eggs
Dressing
Mix all ingredients except cilantro and drizzle over the salad or serve in a dressing bowl
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve
