1/2 cup of crushed canned sardines
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of chopped sweet herbs
1 can of cooked peas
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
salt and black pepper to taste

4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Mix the sardines, lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
Add the sweet herbs, peas, and onion
Season with salt and black pepper to taste and mix well
Place each serving on a lettuce leaf and top with a slice of hard-boiled egg
Serve additional mayonnaise on the side
