2 cans of green corn
1 cup (or more) of tender (or pork loin) diced
1 tablespoon of oil
11/2 cups of mayonnaise
2 slices of pineapple diced
1/2 cup of chopped fresh herbs (parsley and onion)
1/2 cup of chopped onion
Salt to taste
