Wash the tomatoes cherry well in cold water and cut them in half
Finely chop the onion
Mince the garlic into small pieces and reserve each ingredient separately
Heat the olive oil in a skillet
Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the garlic starts to brown
Correct the seasoning
Turn off the heat and add the tomatoes
Mix and cover the skillet for 5 minutes
