1 can of pineapple in syrup
1 cup of salted peanut, without shell
1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the pulp
Cut the pineapple in chunks
Drain and reserve a little bit of the juice
Mix the pineapple with the peanuts
Season with a little bit of the reserved juice mixed with soy sauce
Fill the tomatoes with the mixture and refrigerate until serving time.
