Season a beef striploin of 120 grams and grill it in a skillet for a few minutes
Cut into fine pieces, following the direction of the fibers
In a bowl, mix 2 Italian tomatoes, cut into pieces, with 1/3 cup (chopped) of red onion, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt
Add the beef and 5 cups (chopped) of romaine lettuce chopped into fine pieces
