1 tablespoonful of plain gelatin, unsalted (white)

1/2 cup peach syrup (or nectar)
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
250 grams cream cheese type Catupiry
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 can of canned peaches in syrup, drained
1/2 cup whipped cream
lettuce

Soak the gelatin in cold water
Dissolve over low heat
Add peach nectar, lemon juice, and salt
Gradually add this mixture to the cheese, stirring well until the mass is smooth and even
Combine mayonnaise or salad dressing and whipped cream, cut canned peaches into small pieces, reserving 4 quarters
Add the peach pieces to the gelatin mixture and refrigerate until firm
Unmold and garnish with lettuce leaves and reserved peach quarters
Serve 6-8 people.
