In a bowl, combine the beer, flour, oil, and salt
Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes
Dip onion rings into this mixture and fry them in hot oil
Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease and reserve
Wash greens thoroughly and dry them
In a salad bowl, place greens and distribute onion rings
Just before serving, season with olive oil, salt, and vinegar.
