3 cups (chopped) of torn green leaves
1 cup (chopped) of grilled chicken breast, sliced into strips
1/4 cup (chopped) of toasted and seasoned walnuts
Dressing
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup (chopped) of ground flaxseed
1/2 cup (chopped) of olive oil
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 minced garlic clove
Salt and white peppercorns to taste

Dressing
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Dressing: combine all ingredients with a fork
Season the chicken with a little of the walnut dressing and place it in a serving bowl
Add the green leaves and drizzle with the remaining dressing
Sprinkle with toasted walnuts, and serve immediately.
