Walnuts (or Chestnuts) peeled
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Green leaves (lettuce, curly lettuce, arugula or radicchio)
Walnuts (or Chestnuts) peeled

Wash the green leaves you have and reserve them
Heat a large skillet over low heat with the olive oil
Toast the walnuts for 5 minutes, stirring frequently
Season to taste and combine the walnuts with the greens in a salad bowl.
