For the salad
500g cucumber sliced into thin rounds
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
500g green grapes, pitted and halved
500g diced ripe mango, cut into fine sticks
For the dressing
1 cup natural yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
Salt to taste

Soak the cucumber slices in water and salt for about 20 minutes
Drain well
Mix the lime juice with 2 cups of water
Combine the grapes, mango, and cucumber; let it sit for about 20 minutes
Drain and combine all salad ingredients
Mix well all dressing ingredients and spoon over the salad
Stir carefully
Serve chilled
