2 cups of all-purpose flour

1/2 cup of grated cheese
Filling: 250g of ground cured ham, 250g of ricotta cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Sift the flour with yeast and salt
Add the butter cut into small pieces and mix with a fork
Beat the egg
Mix with milk and add to previous dough
Add the cheese and let it rest for 15 minutes
Open the dough
Butter it slightly
Prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients
Spread over the dough
Roll it up like a roulade and cut into slices of 4 cm thickness
Place them lightly on an oiled baking sheet and bake in a hot oven for 25 minutes.
