Make a dough to spread
Combine the flour, yeast, butter or margarine, salt, and milk until it reaches the point of being able to be rolled out
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it becomes very thin
Spread the filling over it and roll up like a roulade
Refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up
When ready to bake, cut into fine slices and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet
Bake in a hot oven
This dough will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
