4 sliced pineapple rings

Mix the cheese with mustard and hot sauce in a bowl
Make an opening in the sausage slices (like a bag) and add the cheese filling
Close with a toothpick or skewer
Then, coat in flour, dip in egg, and coat again in biscuit flour
Press well
Heat the olive oil in a pan, cook the sausage slices on both sides
Remove and keep warm
Add butter or margarine to the pan oil and cook pineapple rings on both sides
Arrange on a platter with lettuce leaves, stuffed sausages, and garnish with chili peppers
Serve approximately 4 portions.
