2 packages of formed chicken without skin

1 large beetroot peeled and grated coarsely
2 large carrots peeled and grated coarsely

"1/4 cup (chopped) of green pickled onions"

At the bottom of a rectangular dish, arrange four slices of chicken side by side
Spread over them a thin layer of mayonnaise and half of the tuna
Alternate layers of chicken spread with mayonnaise with layers of beetroot, mixed carrots and remaining tuna, sauce with pickled onions, and finally parsnip
Press each layer of chicken gently with your hand
Finish with a layer of chicken covered in mayonnaise
Serve sliced.
