3 cups of peanut butter (150 g)
1 cup of milk
1/3 cup of wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon of grated lime peel
500 g of ground beef
10 pita breads
1 egg
Salt and black pepper to taste for frying
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Sauce
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 kg of ripe tomato without skin or seeds
3 cloves of garlic mashed
1 large onion cut into pieces for decoration
Lettuce

Mix the ground beef, egg, lime peel, peanut butter, and milk
Shape small balls with a spoon (chΓ‘) from the mixture and coat in wheat flour
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat
Fry the peanuts and let them drain on paper towels
Set aside
Sauce
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Season with salt and black pepper
Add the peanuts and let them cool slightly
Make a bed with the pita bread and top with lettuce, sauce, and peanuts
Serve immediately.
