Clean the shrimps and steam them
At another part, cook also the chicken breast in seasoned water with salt
Drain and cut into strips
Cut the lettuce into strips. Reserve
Mix the curry with mayonnaise and spread over half of the bread slices
Distribute the lettuce on top
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, bean sprouts, shrimps, and chicken breast
Season with salt and mix well
Assemble this filling over half of the bread slices and cover with the remaining slices.
