1 kg of beef
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups of water (480 ml)
3 onions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup of olive oil (80 ml)
6 chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon of oregano
1/4 cup of vinegar (60 ml)
12 slices of baguette type French bread
Salt and pepper to taste

In a pressure cooker, combine the beef, garlic, and water
Season with salt and pepper, cover, and bring to high heat
When the pressure starts, reduce the heat and cook for 50 minutes
Let it cool and shred the beef
In a pan, sauté the onion in olive oil for 5 minutes
Add the tomatoes, oregano, vinegar, and shredded beef
Simmer for another 15 minutes to bring out the flavor of the meat
Cut each slice of bread in half lengthwise and fill with the meat
Serve warm
