Pickle half the olives and add to the prosciutto
Combine the English mustard, mayonnaise, and mustard
Spread a thin layer of butter on each slice of bread
Place the prosciutto mixture on half of the bread slices
Top with the remaining olive slices
Add the remaining bread slices
Cut in half
