60g of cheddar, gouda or Swiss cheese cut into cubes
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
1 tablespoonful of pickle relish, finely chopped
Half a cup of tuna flakes
1 tablespoonful of finely chopped onion
One-quarter cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoonful of mustard
15 mini fish cakes
60g of cheddar, gouda or Swiss cheese cut into cubes

One-quarter cup of mayonnaise

Mix all the filling ingredients together
Using a small spoon, carefully remove the innards from each fish cake
Fill each fish cake with the mixture and wrap individually in aluminum foil
Place them on a baking sheet and refrigerate
To serve, preheat the oven to 200°C for about 15 minutes
Serve hot
