Cut the ham into thin slices with a serrated knife
Arrange the slices in a baking dish and reserve
In a blender, combine olive oil, thyme, garlic, and salt
Blend well
Brush the ham slices with this mixture and sprinkle with coarse salt
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, for 15 minutes or until golden
Serve warm
