Margarine (for spreading)
8 slices of pork loin (220 g)
1/2 cup of milk (120 ml)
1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons of salt
4 eggs
220 g of ham, cut into slices
150 g of cheddar cheese, cut into slices
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (55 g)
2 medium tomatoes (240 g), cut into wedges

Spread margarine on a 21 cm square plate
Distribute half the pork loin at the bottom and reserve
In a medium bowl, mix milk, nutmeg, half the salt, and eggs
Moisten the pork in the plate with a little of that mixture
Cover with ham, cheddar cheese, and remaining pork slices, and top with the egg mixture remaining
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Bake in the microwave at medium power until the sandwich is firm (about 10 minutes)
Distribute the tomato on top, sprinkle with the remaining salt, and serve
