Ham Spread:
1/2 cup diced prosciutto
1/4 cup butter
Cheese Spread:
1/2 cup grated cheese platter, cut into pieces
1/4 cup butter
Slices of bread cut in half
Ham Spread:

Cheese Spread:
1/2 cup grated cheese platter, cut into pieces
1/4 cup butter
Prepare the ham spread: Grate the prosciutto using a meat grinder or a fine grater
Mix with butter and season with a little mustard if desired
Prepare the other spread: Grate the cheese platter or use a fine grater to shred it, then mix with butter
Season with salt and mustard if desired
Spread a bit of each spread on slices of bread and assemble two halves
Arrange on a platter mixing the sandwiches of both flavors.
