Cut the bread in half lengthwise
On one half, arrange layers of radicchio, mozzarella, tomato, and black olive
In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and vinegar and whisk with a manual whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Spread over the filling and cover with the other half of the bread
Cut into four pieces, place on plates, and serve.
