Cook the potatoes and cut into thick slices
2 Cut the tomatoes into slices
In a baking dish, arrange the sardines, potato slices, and tomato slices
3 Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil
Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes
4 Remove from the oven, sprinkle with pesto, and serve.
