These scones are made with yeast instead of beer yeast
They can be sweet, but even then the sugar content is relatively low
Place the flour on a surface, make a hole in the center and add the butter in small pieces, the yeast, and salt
Mix with cold milk to obtain a common, soft dough consistency
Roll it out to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into 5 cm diameter disks
Gather up the scraps and cut new disks
You should get around twenty
Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake in a hot oven for ten to fifteen minutes.
