Chill a refrigerator and place it in the freezer
In a saucepan, combine the sugar with the orange juice
Stir until the sugar dissolves
Heat to a thin consistency, stirring constantly
Beat the eggs in a blender until smooth
In a bowl, combine the warm water, beaten eggs, and dissolved gelatin, stirring gently
Add the whipped cream, beating well
Pour the mixture into the chilled refrigerator, cover with plastic wrap, and return it to the freezer for an additional 6 hours
Serve with orange slices and chopped parsley.
