Whisk together the sifted flour and yeast
Add in the softened butter, mixing with your fingertips until fully incorporated
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fluffy
Gradually add in the granulated sugar while continuing to beat
Fold in the butter mixture
Place the dough into a pastry bag fitted with a 10cm cookie cutter and pipe onto an ungreased baking sheet
Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
